ok!

See?! you're at least one of the lower rated songs i can work with! its was ok but i feel like there was no backbone to the song like it was lacking basses to hold it up. it might be a little too repetitive in the beginning and try to control the dynamics for the snare. it was a little out of control in the beginning. good job though dude.

See??!

This is what we get for encouraging kids today!!!

WOW!!...

you CANT even whistle good!!!

its good..

but i dont think there is a place for that repeated drum though. very nice playing from half way where the voices come in, all the way to the end of the song. the emotion a good steady setting. keep it coming buddy.

popraz responds:

Thank you for the review. I've removed the drum.

Cool

well its good for what it is. you seem to have a good grasp on the basics. i guess all you need to do is practice practice and practice some more. eventually you come out with some stuff that you will even surprise yourself. i was doing music like this. keep them coming buddy.

Snyper5527 responds:

hey thanks :D. I just recently got a new keyboard and a new program to go with its, so im hoping to pull off some good stuff. thanks for the comment.

Very Nice Maestro..

Its been a little while since i wrote to you and i see you've only been improving quite a bit. Your music has changed some but not for the worse; it's gotten really good. Especially in this song i just like your whole progression overall and the use of the electrical guitar. I look forward to hearing more of what's up your sleeve. Keep it up.

MaestroRage responds:

My sleeve is stocked with interesting toys and idears, I hope to one day exhaust it all :D!

Thanks for the review, i'm glad you liked it! It's true my style is slowly shifting but i'm not too horribly disappointed with where it's going!

Im a Zelda fan just like any other guy...

But in this site, you need to put your own original work. Thats what its for. so obviously this gets no high score for no effort.

hm

well i hope you and your friend were making fun of how depressed people sing. do they all sing like dying cats? dont answer that....

interesting...

assuming your obviously a newcomer to saxophone, i'll judge accordingly. work on tone foremost of all. that way, your notes dont sound harsh when you play. second, work on timing and tempo of your music. its important to work on that too because every other note stop. the song needs to flow together. later rookie.

impressive of course

very nice job on this one. of course im curious, that sounds like a real voice. did you record someone singing or something then added it to your music? in any case, i cant believe i didnt stumble upon this earlier. i'll continue to listen.

MaestroRage responds:

It is, LadyArsenic and me were planning a dark song for a very long time now, and she had some great latin phrases lined up and had sung them.

She gave me her voice files and I listened to them, after spending a whole nighter cutting up the voice files to fit into the tempo and piece perfectly, I started building up, adding instruments and segments as I went.

Sadly there was only about 1:20 minutes worth of audio, so thats why I added the extension. We wanted a nice darker and crazier part at the end anyways, so it all worked out.

I'm glad you enjoyed it Roy, thank you for review ^^.
